I am the president and founder of Cameo Technology Management, Inc.

My career history encompasses a broad spectrum of management challenges and successes. They include, but are not limited to: strategic and tactical planning, out-sourcing and in-sourcing, project management, process development and management, infrastructure engineering, telecommunications, contract negotiations, service delivery, operations management, systems engineering, programming, business and program management and web site development.

My greatest strengths are my ability to understand and deliver what the client wants, always operate bounded by the needs of the corporation, win the confidence of top-level management, manage and lead teams to excel in their areas of responsibility and to develop leadership in subordinates.


I have certifications in six sigma and ITIL and have acquired hands on experience in many specialties.

Engineering and Program Management.


As Chief Engineer and Program Manager, I designed and project managed the construction and occupation of 2,000 trading seats. Through the use of some, then unheard of techniques, I was able to reduce the expected costs by over $4M, eliminate business risks and trading disruptions. In addition, due to my leadership and management capabilities, the multi-phased, long-term project came in both under budget and ahead of schedule. My successes here led senior managers to trust me with several branch office trading installations in the mid-west and on the west coast.

Process engineering.


As process engineer at JPMChase I developed the entire process management environment supporting the Investment Bank. Some of the more critical developments included: designing and implementing processes to identify and expose infrastructure risk - resulting in an 80% improvement in the risk posture; defining and installing processes to reduce systems programming and network maintenance errors that resulted in a 90% improvement in stability and a commesurate reduction in losses due to down-time.

Service Delivery Manager.


As a Service Delivery Manager, I was tasked to turn around the technology support issues affecting the C level management of the corporation. Within a very short period, I had reduced technical issues by rebuilding the infrastructure while increasing the level of the service support staff. A survey conducted by email, paper and face-to-face visits showed a satisfaction increase from 30% to 100%.
